New California Republic (NCR) - Federation of Northern California, founded surviving residents of Vault 15, and is unquestionably the largest force of any known group on the continent.
NKR capital is the city of the same name (population: 3000), formerly known as Shady Sands , which was located west of the Rocky Mountains, in the mid-eastern part of California (almost directly east of San Francisco, halfway between Vault15 and 13) and managed Aradesh . After creating the NCR in 2196, the principal was his daughter, Tandi , which was selected by the President of the NCR (not without merit Vault Dweller / Vault Dweller, in a sense).
Over the years the relationship NCR V15 has undergone drastic changes. Leaving the shelter, the future citizens of the Republic was taken from him all that remained of pre-war technology after hit lower levels of asylum. Since then, the shelter had to change many owners, ranging from various mutated animals, hijackers, and ending innocent squatters . However, in the end, the control of NCR on the object was restored. As of 2241, the Republic consisted of five states - Shady , Los Angeles, Maxson , Hub and Dayglow.
Natural - made based on my favorite game, Fallout, from the remnants of a model scrap ...... I ask why there are no people, and I will answer so looks emptier .... I felt like it .... Paint brush, oils and acrylics , thiner butter sauce and art, scale 1/35.
